He was very polite, put on shoe covers right away, and quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty condenser. Amazingly, he had the exact part with him on the truck! The bill was perfectly fair. Our relatively new Bosch dishwasher (only 18 months old!) started flashing an E24 error. We were dreading an expensive repair. The technician called 30 minutes before arrival, showed up right on time, and was definitely factory-trained and certified -he knew this model inside and out. He showed us that the problem wasn't the expensive electronics, but just a clogged drain filter and pump. He could have easily overcharged us, but he was completely honest.
